A TK BDT account is typically locked for one of three reasons — multiple consecutive incorrect password attempts, suspicious activity flagged for security reasons, or a self-exclusion you activated yourself. The resolution steps differ for each:

If your account is locked due to too many incorrect password attempts, it will automatically unlock after 30 minutes.

If it still hasn't opened after 30 minutes, reach out via live chat — provide your username and registered mobile number.

You may be asked for an OTP or national ID details to verify your identity.

If your account is locked due to self-exclusion, it cannot be reopened before the designated period ends — this is part of our responsible gaming policy.

Registration on TK BDT is completed in two steps. You'll need the following information for the first step:

Full registration takes an average of just 2 minutes. For large withdrawals, a photo of your national ID may be required for KYC verification.

TK BDT displays odds in decimal format, which is easy to understand. The odds represent the total amount you get back for every BDT 1 wagered, including your original stake.

Odds 1.85: A ৳100 bet returns ৳185 on a win — that's ৳85 in profit.

Odds 2.00: A BDT 100 bet returns BDT 200 if you win — BDT 100 profit (double your money).

Odds 1.20: Only ৳20 profit on a ৳100 bet — easier matches typically have lower odds.

Source: Payout = (Stake × Odds) — so Profit = (Stake × Odds) − Stake.

Odds change in real time — especially in live betting, where new odds are generated after every ball. The odds shown at the moment you place your bet are the ones that apply.

Example: BDT 500 × 1.90 odds = BDT 950 return, BDT 450 profit.

TK BDT does not charge any additional fees for withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider's own transaction charges may apply.

This is called Accumulator Bet or multi-bet. Combining selections from multiple matches multiplies the odds together, significantly increasing your potential payout.
