1General Terms & Conditions

TK BDT is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms apply to all use of TK BDT's services via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel.

By using tk bdt's services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• These terms are available in both Bengali and English; in the event of a conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Membership

To open an account with TK BDT, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is a direct violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

• Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited.
• Account login credentials (email and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• If any account details (name, phone, email) change, you must notify our support team.
• The name provided at registration must match the name on the payment method.

3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation (KYC)

TK BDT strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from using the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Tk bdt reserves the right to verify identity in the following circumstances:

• Before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• When unusual activity is detected on an account.
• At any time when there is reasonable doubt about a user's age or identity.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

TK BDT supports Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — along with bank transfers and select cryptocurrencies.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300. Maximum single-deposit limits vary by payment method.
• No extra charges on deposits — however, your mobile banking operator may apply their own fees.
• Deposits are usually processed within 3–5 minutes. Failed deposits are refunded within 48 hours.
• Payments must be made from the same name registered on the account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, TK BDT reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions.

5Withdrawals & Payouts

Withdrawing your winnings is a straightforward and transparent process. However, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC must be completed before making a withdrawal (required for first-time withdrawals or amounts of ৳50,000 and above).
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

TK BDT regularly offers bonuses, cashback, and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the respective offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit only. Can be claimed once, and cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering multiple of the bonus amount must be met (varies by offer).
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a specific expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
• TK BDT reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7Betting & Game Rules

TK BDT offers Sports Betting, casino games, and lottery — each with its own dedicated rules available on the relevant page. General rules include:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via cash-out).
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for any related bets will be refunded.
• Tk bdt reserves the right to correct or void bets in the event of a technical error in the odds.
• TK BDT is not liable for missed bets in live betting due to internet disconnection.
• Tk bdt reserves the right to investigate any abnormal winnings that result from a technical error in a game.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk bdt. If detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Use of bots or automated software: Using software or bots to play games or place bets instead of a real person.
• Collusion: Attempting to collude with other players to influence the outcome of a game.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information.
• Chargeback: Attempting to reverse a payment through a payment provider after a deposit has been placed as a bet.
• Hacking or unauthorized access: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.

9Account Closure & Bans

TK BDT reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Failure to provide KYC documents or submission of false information.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, unless fraudulent activity has been established.

10Limitation of Liability

TK BDT is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account.
• Service disruption due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).
• Delays or losses caused by third-party payment providers.

TK BDT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed. For significant changes:
